Her postgraduate training was completed at Yale University School of Medicine’s Residency Program followed by a clinical and research fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at UCLA/Harbor–UCLA Medical Center. She has been participating in numerous clinical studies in the field of endocrinology. Dr. Pekarovics is one of those rare medical practitioners who show compassion, dedication, and understanding in combination with the intellectual capability to analyze and assess her patients as a whole and valued people. Their symptoms, no matter how insignificant they may seem to those she treats, are taken seriously and evaluated with logic in order to alleviate and mitigate the medical problems. Her international training and experience helped her to appreciate and understand patient’s cultural diversity. She made it her life’s work to be sure that her patients will find care from either herself or those who work in her office.
She is licensed to practice medicine in both Hungary and California.
